San Francisco Bay to Breakers

The Race is On!

The ING Bay to Breakers , the world's wackiest foot race, is Sunday, May 21, and you can count on Caltrain to get you there -- in record time!

The northbound special train will depart the San Jose Diridon Station at 5:45 a.m., making all weekend stops along the way to San Francisco . See schedule below.

One-way tickets, day passes or 10-ride tickets can be purchased at the ticket vending machines at the stations before boarding. Caltrain fares vary by zone. Tickets must be purchased before boarding. On Sundays, the Monthly Pass is valid for unlimited rides between all zones served by Caltrain.
