Caltrain Sprints to Bay to Breakers Race
Runners and spectators going to the
Bay to Breakers race on Sunday, May 21,
can conserve their energy by taking
Caltrain to San Francisco.
Caltrain will provide a special
northbound train departing from the
San Jose Diridon Station at 5:45 a.m.
The train will make all regular stops
along the Peninsula, and arrive in
San Francisco by 7:21 a.m. After
arriving at the San Francisco
Caltrain Station, participants
can either walk or take the N
Judah Muni rail to the starting
line. Passengers may return on
any of Caltrain’s regular
Sunday trains, which leave
the San Francisco Caltrain
Station at Fourth and King
streets on the hour, until
9 p.m.
