Caltrain Beats a Track Straight to Holiday Activities in San Francisco
Holiday shoppers, Union Square gawkers, and visitors to the
KPFA Crafts & Music Fair can avoid traffic and the hunt for
parking in busy San Francisco this weekend by taking Caltrain,
which offers hourly service on Saturdays and Sundays.
Passengers can make convenient connections to BART, in
Millbrae, or Muni’s “N” line, across the street from the final
stop at Fourth and King streets. Both rail connections will
whisk riders into downtown to enjoy holiday happenings.
Visitors to the KPFA Crafts & Music Fair on Dec. 9 and 10
can catch a shuttle from the San Francisco Caltrain Station
that runs continuously to the Concourse Exhibition Center,
at Eighth and Brannan streets. The shuttle will run from
9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. both days. For information about
the festival, call 510.848.6767 ext. 611 or visit
www.kpfa.org/craftsfair.
For information about Caltrain schedules and service,
call 1.800.660.4287 (TTY 650.508.6448).
