Caltrain Rolling to Dave Matthews Band Concerts at SBC

Caltrain will provide special service for the two Dave Matthews Band concerts to be held at SBC Park in San Francisco on Aug. 12 and 13.

Pre-concert
Caltrain provides ample weekday commute-hour service to San Francisco. On Saturday, a special train will depart San Jose Diridon station at 3:30 p.m., arriving in San Francisco at 5:06 p.m. Check out the timetable for other arrival times.

Post-concert
In addition to its regular service, Caltrain will operate one special train that will leave San Francisco 15 minutes following the end of the concert or when full. The train will serve all regular weekend stops along the Peninsula to San Jose.

Caltrain Quickies
Caltrain is a proof-of-payment system, so you must have a valid ticket before boarding the train. The best thing to do is to purchase a Day Pass then you can speed your boarding after the concert.

Caltrain reminds you that alcoholic beverages are not allowed on post-concert trains.
