Caltrain now offers the opportunity to order 10-Ride Tickets by e-mail. Ticket-By-Internet or TBI allows you to place an order from the convenience of your home, office, school... anywhere!

10-Ride Tickets are good for 60 days. No refunds or replacements can be issued.

1. Fill out the application............

• Complete the Application Page.
• Mail the application to:

  Ticket-By-Internet
  P. O. Box 3006
  1250 San Carlos Ave.
  San Carlos, CA 94070-1306

• You will receive your PIN (Personal Identification Number) within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

Once you have completed and mailed the application and received your PIN from us, you may use e-mail to order 10-Ride Tickets anytime of the day or night.

2. Order by e-mail.......

Address the e-mail to tickets@caltrain.com. Please include the following information with your order:

• Your PIN number
• Your name
• The number of 10-Ride Tickets you wish to purchase
• The STATION you are traveling FROM
• The STATION you are traveling TO
  If you want to order 10-Ride Tickets for more than one set of stations, you must submit a separate order for each set.
• Monthly Parking Permit (must purchase a minimum of two 10-Ride Tickets). Please indicate month Parking Permit will be effective.

If you request, a confirmation of your order will be sent via e-mail.

Your tickets will be charged to the credit card on your application and your 10-Ride Ticket(s) mailed to you within 5 business days.
